Les célestes connus sont divisés en neuf choeurs réparties en degrés. Ils sont tous aux services des dieux du bien, cependant, c'est finalement à l'Hébdome Céleste que revient le Commandement final des armées Céleste. Le véritable pendant d'Asmodée est donc Zaphkiel, même si les autres membres de l'Hébdome exercent aussi une très grande autorité sur l'Aéropagie et la soldatesque du Mont Céleste.
Il est évident que les Eladrins sont dirigés par la Reine Morwel, tout comme les Guardinals obéissent au Talisid dans leur plan. Les armées de Morwel sont réparties à la manière des armées médiéval classiques, tandis que les guardinals sont plus libre et représentent une grande armée de combattants libre.
1er degré9ème choeur : Les Séraphins (Solar) (Amour) Leur couleur symbolique est le rouge, visages et ailes. Les ailes, au nombre de six, couvrent entièrement le corps. On leur met en main une épée flamboyante ou des flammes.

8ème choeur : Les Chérubins (Archon Epée) (Science) Anges de la doctrine, les Chérubins ont six ailes, entourant une tête seule, sans corps apparent (contrairement aux Séraphins) ; le tout est bleu.

7ème choeur : Les Trônes (Archon Trône)(Justice) Le Trône a six ailes ocellées, et est debout sur une roue ; à Milan, il a l'épée et Dieu dans une auréole.

2ème degré6ème choeur : Les Dominations (Archon Directeur) (Commandement divin) Les Dominations sont traditionnellement figurés comme des êtres de forme humaine, à la beauté angélique et dotés d'une paire d'aile ; on les distingue des autres ordres par des attributs princiers, un orbe de lumière ornant l’extrémité de leur sceptre ou le pommeau de leur épée.
Omael ne faisant pas apparaître ses ailes et tentant d'effrayer un adversaire...
5ème choeur : Les Vertus (Deva Monadic) (Force et vigueur) Les Vertus se confondent pour les attributs avec les Dominations. Le sceptre leur convient, car ce sont elles qui opèrent les miracles et les prodiges.
Aniel sous sa forme de combat, son sceptre transformé en arme.
4ème choeur : Les Puissances (Archon Justice) (Protection contre le mal) Ces anges sont généralement représentés comme des soldats portant une armure et un casque, et dotés d'armes tant offensives que défensives — boucliers et lances, et chaînes rappelant leur fonction d'enchaîner les démons.

3ème degré3ème choeur : Les Principautés (Deva Movanic) (Bonté) (Grand et majestueux) Les Principautés, se reconnaissent à leurs armes, hache ou javelot ; à leur costume de guerrier ; à un lis fleuri.

2ème choeur : Les Archanges (Planetar) (Messages aux mortelles) Les Archanges ont le costume militaire, tunique et manteau, glaive, lance et bouclier.
